Our solution was to develop an online CMS driven internal portal that would not only house all content in one site but give the ability for each marketing team leader to add, delete or amend content themselves.

Navajo scoped, designed and built a search facility that enabled the marketing teams to quickly and easily access all types of marketing activities through a host of search parameters.

The tool has been received with great enthusiasm and has quickly become an integral resource to the US marketing teams, so much so that it's success has led to a call to extend the system to all Mercer global marketing teams.
